Description
The AgentAI Native – Developer (Enterprise) role builds high-quality agentic AI applications, including LLM tooling, RAG pipelines, vector search, API integrations, agents, prompts, planners, memory, evaluation loops, observability, guardrails, and enterprise data connections. The developer owns hands-on development, testing, integration, prototyping, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on rapid iteration and production-ready systems. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs, a visible AI project portfolio, and at least five years of Java Full Stack Development experience; 15 years of full-time education is also required.
