Description
The AgentAI Native – Developer (Enterprise) role builds high-quality agentic AI applications, including LLM tooling, RAG pipelines, vector search, API integrations, agents, prompts, planners, memory, evaluation loops, observability, guardrails, and enterprise data connections. The role owns hands-on development, testing, integration, prototyping, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on rapid prototyping and production-ready systems. Required qualifications include strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs, end-to-end application development, a portfolio of AI projects, and at least five years of Java Full Stack Development experience; a 15-year full-time education is also required.
