Description

Citi Finance Technology is hiring a Full Stack Technical Lead to architect and build a greenfield, AI-powered Adjustment Platform for finance operations. The role combines enterprise full-stack application development with agentic AI, NLP, LLM-powered conversational interfaces, and Generative AI, while leading a technical team and partnering with Finance, Risk, and Engineering stakeholders. Candidates need at least 9 years of application development or systems analysis experience, strong enterprise-scale architecture and full-stack expertise, and experience with modern Java, React, TypeScript, Node.js, microservices, cloud, DevOps, databases, and testing technologies.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 9+ years of application development or systems analysis experience, including enterprise-scale application architecture
Enterprise-scale application architecture and production implementation
Full-stack development with React, TypeScript, Node.js, CSS, and Java
Modern React UI framework design, including conversational or chat-based interfaces
API development and ecosystem experience
Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA, and microservices experience
