State Street is seeking an Observability Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Dynatrace observability solutions for Charles River investment-management services across SaaS and on-premises environments. The role covers telemetry instrumentation, dashboards, alerting, root-cause analysis, performance assessments, automation-assisted remediation, documentation, and enablement for engineering, SRE, SaaS operations, technical support, product, and client-facing teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 12+ years of enterprise software experience, 8+ years of observability experience, and hands-on Dynatrace, Java/JVM, distributed systems, and cloud-native experience.
