Sopra Steria is hiring a Java Full-Stack Tech Lead for an Agile project team focused on the insurance sector. The role coordinates development activities, designs and validates technical solutions, ensures code quality, supports team development, contributes to estimates and technology watch, and occasionally supports pre-sales. The technology environment is primarily Java and Angular, with a remote-work agreement allowing up to two days per week depending on assignments. The position requires at least five years of Java development experience, significant Java/Angular full-stack experience, prior technical leadership experience, Agile experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and professional English.
