Description

Thales is hiring a Java Full Stack Technical Lead in Noida to independently lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of scalable backend and frontend software. The role requires hands-on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native, React or Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, Kubernetes, and deployment ownership, along with mentoring junior engineers, code reviews, security and quality assurance, customer escalations, and innovation through PoCs. A bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of application development experience are required.

Additional Information

Strong hands-on Java full-stack development across backend and frontend technologies
Preferred Qualifications: Experience leveraging AI in routine work or personal PoCs
Experience with Python or Node.js
Experience with unit testing and BDD automation
Exposure to MSSQL or MySQL
Exposure to microservices architecture and Docker
