Description
TransUnion is hiring a Software Development Engineer to build reliable, scalable server-side services for high-volume messaging, calling, identity, and fraud-prevention use cases. The role involves designing and implementing Java and Spring-based applications, RESTful APIs, Kafka and Cassandra integrations, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and Agile software delivery. It requires at least three years of Spring-based Java service development experience, along with knowledge of microservices, Linux, AWS or comparable cloud technology, and strong problem-solving skills. The position is hybrid, with virtual work and in-person work at an assigned TransUnion office for at least two days per week.
