The Applications Development Manager leads a team of applications development professionals and directs the analysis, programming, implementation, and ongoing management of application systems and programs. The role oversees technical issue escalation, system and process analysis, project planning and budgeting, resource planning, compliance, risk management, and accountability for team performance. Recommended qualifications include full-stack development with 7+ years of Java experience, project management, software engineering, object-oriented design, UI React or Angular, database PL/SQL, Unix, and leadership skills, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
