The Applications Development Manager leads a team of applications development professionals and directs the analysis, programming, implementation, and ongoing management of application systems and programs. The role oversees technical issue escalation, system and process evaluation, project planning and budgeting, resource planning, compliance, risk management, and accountability for team performance. Recommended qualifications include full-stack Java development, project management, software engineering, object-oriented design, UI technologies, database and Unix experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
