The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time technology role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise application systems. The position coordinates with the Technology team, advises senior stakeholders, coaches junior analysts, and applies independent judgment while supporting compliance and risk management. Recommended qualifications include 8–12 years of relevant applications development or senior enterprise architecture experience, enterprise application delivery, CI/CD and code quality practices, modern frontend and backend technologies, RESTful API development, financial-institution operations knowledge, and communication skills; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also required.
