Description
OCTO is hiring a remote Java Intern to analyze and benchmark modern cloud-native Java frameworks, including GraalVM, Quarkus, Micronaut, Helidon, and Spring Boot 4. The internship involves developing a representative application, comparing architecture, security, performance, memory, startup time, throughput, and build time, analyzing FinOps and green IT considerations, and producing a technical best-practices guide. Candidates should be completing a Master’s degree, master the Java ecosystem, understand JVM internals, and be interested in modern frameworks, memory management, and applied AI. The internship is based in Paris, IDF, France.
