Morgan Stanley is hiring a Java Development Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise reporting and analytics solutions for a greenfield project. The role involves architecting Java, Angular, and modern software systems; collaborating with stakeholders; adopting GenAI and AI-driven development practices; mentoring engineers; managing project risks; and promoting agile, automated testing, and CI/CD. Candidates need 10–18 years of software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, enterprise application experience, finance or investment banking experience, and experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
