Citi is hiring a full-time Java Software Engineer for its Risk Technology Team in Citi Solutions Center Poland. The role develops and maintains risk technology solutions for rates and FX businesses, including application development, systems analysis, testing, implementation, security, user support, and operational process improvement. It requires 8+ years of modern Java development experience, strong Spring Boot and microservices knowledge, distributed systems expertise, and experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and MongoDB. The position offers a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week and a base salary range of 268,390.00 to 457,010.00 Polish zloty.
