The role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural design, AI-powered development, code quality, testing, security, compliance, risk management, and mentorship of developers. Candidates need 12+ years of enterprise application development experience, including advanced Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven systems, databases, API security, and application modernization.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise application development
Experience in a lead developer or technical lead role
Experience with WebSphere, JSP/Servlets, EJB, and application modernization to modern Java/Spring microservices
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with advanced AI software engineering tools and Agentic AI development
Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate
Strong experience with Angular, UI, and UI integration skills
Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and SOAP integrations
Experience designing and implementing event-driven systems with Kafka and RabbitMQ
Understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases, with Redis caching experience preferred
Knowledge of OAuth2, token-based security, and API security best practices
Leadership, project management, and communication skills
