The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate-level, full-time technology role responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting application systems and programs. The position coordinates with the Technology team, advises senior stakeholders, coaches junior analysts, and applies independent judgment while managing risk, compliance, and project standards. Recommended qualifications include 7–12 years of relevant experience, Java/Springboot, AI tools, SQL, microservices, ECS, Docker, CI/CD, logging and monitoring, design patterns, systems analysis and programming, project implementation, and consulting or project management experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
