Description
The Applications Development Senior Manager leads one or more applications development teams and oversees the analysis, programming, delivery, budgeting, staffing, and compliance of application systems and programs. The role requires extensive Java/Spring development experience, hands-on Java/J2EE and Spring Boot expertise, software architecture knowledge, AI/ML familiarity, and strong data management skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with a master’s degree preferred.
