Description
AgileEngine is hiring a Software Engineer to own backend Java services and platform-level engineering for a Case object ecosystem, including service logic, data processing, MuleSoft integrations, Salesforce Service Cloud integrations, API troubleshooting, incident support, and production monitoring. The role includes DFR rotation, incident tracking, Confluence documentation, sprint data maintenance, and collaboration across engineering and partner teams. Candidates need 3–5 years of software engineering experience, Java and MuleSoft expertise, backend and API/integration experience, and production troubleshooting and monitoring experience; Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise middleware, asynchronous integration, data transformation, CI/CD, DevOps, and observability experience are preferred. The position offers flexible work arrangements with options to work from home or go to the office.
