Description
AgileEngine is hiring a Software Engineer to own backend Java services and platform-level engineering for a Case object ecosystem, including service logic, data processing, MuleSoft integrations, Salesforce Service Cloud integrations, API troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation. The role requires 3–5 years of software engineering experience, Java and MuleSoft expertise, backend and API/integration experience, and production monitoring and alert-triage experience. The position offers flexible work arrangements, including working from home and going to the office.
