Sopra Steria is hiring a Java/React microservices engineer to own the design, development, and evolution of mission-critical applications. The role requires Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+ microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, Spring Batch, database integration, security, React 18+ SPAs, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, testing, accessibility, and DevOps practices including GitLab CI or Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring. Candidates need an engineering or university qualification, at least five years of Java and React.js experience, and significant experience with mission-critical applications.
