Description
Advantage Pro is seeking a Senior Java Engineer for a contract-to-hire position to enhance customer experiences and maintain high system standards. The role requires deep technical expertise from front-end UIs to back-end systems. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of professional software development experience, 3+ years in architecture and design, and experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and open-source frameworks. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, or C# is required, as well as knowledge of micro-services, REST APIs, Spring Boot, containers, and Kafka. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is also required. The salary is $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Client Location is Chevy Chase, Maryland. Must have Green card or US Citizenship.
