Globe is hiring a Java Senior/Lead Software Development Engineer to lead the design and evolution of high-performance distributed cloud applications, translate business requirements into scalable technical roadmaps, establish code quality and security standards, oversee CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, optimize Docker and Kubernetes, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. The role requires at least six years of professional software engineering experience, expert Java proficiency, cloud expertise with AWS or Google Cloud, microservices and distributed-systems experience, and operational experience with observability and Infrastructure as Code. The position follows a hybrid schedule of three onsite days and two work-from-home days.
