Citi is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to advance its Operating Model AI strategy by designing and shipping Java and Python applications, standardizing telemetry with OpenTelemetry, using BigPanda and Google Cloud Observability, and integrating AI/ML into observability and self-healing systems. The role requires at least six years of hands-on software engineering experience, strong Java and Python skills, OpenTelemetry expertise, SRE knowledge, and experience with cloud-native development, CI/CD, and containerization.
