CGM is hiring a Java Software Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and support complex Java-based healthcare software from requirements analysis through production deployment. The role involves technical architecture, object-oriented design, automated testing, code reviews, agile collaboration, mentoring, and solving complex technical challenges. Candidates need several years of Java software development experience, a relevant degree, strong Java and Spring Boot knowledge, and German and English language skills. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with remote work two days per week and on-site work three days per week.
