Citi is hiring a full-time Software Engineer, Wholesale Credit Risk Analytics to join its Credit Risk Technology team and develop software supporting global bank stress testing. The role involves software development, system requirements analysis, production issue triage, and application of risk, compliance, and ethical standards. Required qualifications include professional software development experience with GitHub Copilot and agentic AI tools, Java with Spring or Apache Flink, cloud compute knowledge, SQL, and relational or NoSQL database concepts. Python, machine learning, agentic AI workflows, and front-end technologies are preferred, while a bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field is required. The position is based in Belfast with a hybrid model of up to two days working from home per week.
