The role focuses on scalable distributed systems, cloud-native services, Java and Spring architecture, API design, observability, and AI/ML integration, while also driving technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and improving DevOps and CI/CD processes. The position is based in Bangalore and requires a hybrid or onsite work arrangement.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of software engineering experience with cloud services architecture and design
Hands-on experience with AI APIs, LLM frameworks, or AI-assisted development tools
Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, REST APIs, LDAP, ADLDS, HTTP, SSL, multi-threading, concurrency, distributed systems, and JMS
Knowledge of C++ and Windows internals
Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI observability
Understanding of AI security, governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices
