The Application Development Tech Lead is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role responsible for architecting and building core application platforms, leading one or more Scrum teams, and serving as a player-coach in system design and code contributions. The role covers technical oversight, solution architecture, delivery and resource planning, engineering governance, and the integration of AI-powered development tools. It requires 12+ years of software design and development experience, deep Java expertise, SQL Server knowledge, frontend familiarity, DevOps and CI/CD experience, integration expertise, and strong leadership and communication skills.
