Coface Technologies is hiring a Java Team Lead to guide a Java development team while delivering cloud-native, scalable microservices for ICON, a strategic platform undergoing modernization. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, covering Java and Spring Boot development, distributed systems, code quality, security, performance, architecture, CI/CD, production readiness, agile delivery, and recruitment. It requires a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related discipline, at least 8 years of Java development experience including 3 years in a leadership role, and experience with Spring Boot, microservices, databases, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD. The position is hybrid and based in the Bucharest office.
