The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level, full-time role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with management and technology teams, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and ensuring application design aligns with architecture and infrastructure goals. The role also advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project risks, and supports compliance and control issues. Recommended qualifications include 13+ years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, project management and leadership skills, hands-on technology experience, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile ceremonies, and a bachelor’s degree.
