The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level, full-time role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with management and technology teams, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and ensuring application design follows the architecture blueprint. The role also advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project risks, and supports compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Recommended qualifications include 14+ years of relevant applications development or systems analysis experience, project management and leadership skills, hands-on technology experience, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile ceremonies, and a bachelor’s degree.
