MDOTM is hiring a full-time Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Spring Boot applications for its AI-driven investment platform. The role owns architectural decisions, Java and database solutions, software architecture patterns, backend performance and security, CI/CD improvements, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need strong Java and Spring Boot experience, technical leadership or mentoring experience, database and testing expertise, messaging-system knowledge, and strong communication skills.
