Description
The Java Modernization Lead will lead the migration of Java 8 applications to Java 17/21, including impact analysis, modernization strategy, refactoring, framework updates, code optimization, technical support, code reviews, pair programming, coaching, and collaboration with Architecture, Development, and Product teams. The role also contributes to CI/CD and software quality improvements and maintains technical documentation. It requires at least six years of Java development experience, strong knowledge of modern Java and Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD environments, distributed architectures, and English proficiency.
