The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level, full-time role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming activities, coordinating with management and technology teams, defining system enhancements, evaluating complex business and system processes, and ensuring application design follows the architecture blueprint. The role also advises and coaches mid-level developers and analysts, manages project priorities, assesses risk, and supports compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
