IC Markets Global is hiring a full-time Technical Team Lead – Java to lead and manage a Java backend engineering team while providing hands-on technical guidance. The role owns team delivery, technical architecture, microservices and API development, low-latency trading systems, performance and reliability, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA, DevOps, Mobile, Trading, Risk, and other stakeholders. Candidates need at least seven years of backend engineering experience, including two or more years leading a technical team of seven or more members, along with strong Java, microservices, distributed systems, cloud, and DevOps experience.
