The role leads backend optimization, third-party and data-source integrations, API and microservice architecture, documentation, security, and cross-functional collaboration, while mentoring less-experienced staff and resolving elevated issues. It requires at least 10 years of software development, system integration, database design, and backend architecture experience, along with Java, Spring Boot, cloud, database, and API skills.
