The Java Technical Lead will guide the technical evolution of Java backend solutions, define architecture, promote best practices, and ensure scalable, high-quality development. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, including mentoring the team. It requires Java 17+, Spring, microservices, hexagonal architecture, API design, SOLID, DDD, testing, messaging, databases, cloud and container environments, and CI/CD experience.
