Mindera is hiring a Java Technical Lead/Staff Engineer to lead a team in delivering solutions iteratively and collaboratively, mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and contribute across design, implementation, deployment, and production support. The role requires deep Java expertise, cloud and DevOps experience, strong knowledge of modern architectures, testing, observability, databases, and agile delivery practices, with occasional travel and flexible location across Mindera’s global offices and remote work.
