Description
Mindera is hiring a Java Technical Lead/Staff Engineer to lead and mentor engineering teams, own software from development through deployment and maintenance, diagnose production issues, contribute to solution design and the technology roadmap, and conduct technical interviews. The role requires at least 10 years of Java experience, familiarity with Spring or Micronaut, cloud and infrastructure technologies, microservices and API knowledge, observability, testing, databases, agile practices, and strong mentoring and communication skills. The position may involve 0–15% travel and offers flexible work arrangements, medical and other benefits, and locations including Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Leicester, San Diego, San Francisco, Chennai, Bengaluru, Blumenau, Cluj-Napoca, Valencia, Casablanca, Melbourne, and remote work.
