Mindera is hiring a Java Technical Lead/Staff Engineer to lead and mentor engineering teams, own software from development through deployment and maintenance, diagnose production issues, shape technology roadmaps, and conduct technical interviews. The role requires at least 10 years of Java experience, familiarity with Spring or Micronaut, cloud and infrastructure technologies, microservices and API knowledge, observability, testing, databases, agile practices, and strong mentoring and communication skills.
