Description
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level, full-time role responsible for leading applications systems analysis and programming, coordinating with management and technology teams, defining system enhancements, and supporting scalable enterprise and AI initiatives. The role requires extensive application development experience, strong Java and Python expertise, microservices and distributed-system knowledge, database and API skills, and experience with AI frameworks, large language models, and agentic systems. It also requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a master’s degree preferred.
