Mindlance is hiring a JavaScript Developer Contractor to support the Primary Care Specialty Referrals workstream. The role focuses on building and maintaining Node.js and Express.js backend services, RESTful APIs, referral decisioning logic, database schemas, integrations with healthcare systems, testing, security, observability, and CI/CD. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, API development, and REST APIs, along with PostgreSQL, testing, and cloud-native development experience.
