Description
CACI is hiring a full-time JBlocks Software Engineer in Hanover, Maryland to develop and enhance software for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities supporting enterprise-wide and stand-alone deployments across the Intelligence Community. The role covers software development, testing, integration, system performance, reliability, usability, documentation, monitoring, migration, configuration control, and release management. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and possess 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains. Required technical skills include Java, unit and integration testing, PKI, REST services, Gitlab, CI/CD, Docker, and containerized development environments.
