Description
JDE is recruiting a Continuous Improvement & Industrial Performance Pilot for its capsule unit at the Andrézieux site in France. Reporting to the Manager of the Autonomous Capsule Production Unit, the role leads a team of seven engineers and one technician, coordinates multiple continuous improvement and industrial performance projects, identifies improvement levers, analyzes performance data, and collaborates with production, maintenance, quality, R&D, supply chain, and other group sites. The position requires a Bac +5 engineering qualification, approximately 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership and project-management skills, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, professional English, and familiarity with data-analysis tools such as Power BI or SAP.
