Description
The role plans and implements new production lines, prepares production equipment, optimizes manufacturing processes and fixtures, evaluates production performance, coordinates machine installations, supports production readiness and problem-solving, and collaborates with maintenance, production, supply chain, purchasing, and other departments. It also supports standards, innovations, continuous improvement, and occupational health and safety requirements. The position requires a technical university degree, manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering methods, process optimization and quality-tool experience, project-management and cross-functional-team experience, analytical and communication skills, and English proficiency.
