Description
Zscaler is hiring a Jira Administrator for its Engineering team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis. The role builds and maintains Jira Data Center apps, plugins, and scripted extensions; integrates Jira with Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack, CI/CD pipelines, and SSO; supports custom workflows, permissions, automation, and reporting; contributes to a migration from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud; and maintains platform operations, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across AWS infrastructure. The position seeks candidates with 2–3 years of Jira administration experience, Java or comparable object-oriented programming, SQL, scripting, REST API, Git, and enterprise workflow platform experience.
