CI&T is hiring an individual-contributor DevOps professional to own the DevOps practice within an engineering area and drive technical initiatives without close supervision. The role focuses on improving delivery, reliability, developer experience, platform evolution, automation, observability, and operational excellence while collaborating across engineering teams. Candidates should have strong experience with modern DevOps and cloud-native environments, including container platforms, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, platform reliability, and observability.
