CI&T is hiring a Senior AI Developer to lead agentic software development and technical quality in a logistics-sector modernization program. The role develops APIs, events, and integrations using Node.js or .NET, applies SDD and AI agents to the development lifecycle, enforces code quality and guardrails, maintains tests and pipelines, and supports legacy-system analysis. The position requires strong backend, .NET, Kafka, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, containers, observability, and AI-assisted development experience, with a mandatory office presence in the Campinas Metropolitan Region.
