Description
The Architectural Project Manager oversees the production of architectural project deliverables for medium projects or components of larger projects, including feasibility studies, schematic designs, working drawings, project manuals, specifications, programming, and site planning. The role coordinates multidisciplinary consultants, directs junior staff and consultants, manages project status and critical issues, and represents the firm externally. It requires at least five years of progressive technical and design-production experience, construction-document and field-observation experience, knowledge of building codes and construction administration, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, rendering, and Microsoft Office. A degree in architecture or a related field is required, with graduate-level architecture and LEED AP preferred.
