Description
Ware Malcomb is hiring a Job Captain to support commercial architectural design projects through site planning, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. The role coordinates consultants and internal teams, prepares contract documents and permit submittals, provides Revit support, performs building-code analysis, assists with construction services, schedules, and budgets, and communicates with project stakeholders. The position requires at least three years of architecture experience, a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field, Revit skills, Newforma knowledge, building-code knowledge, and the ability to coordinate complete contract-document sets.
