Description
The Job Coach provides vocational and programmatic support to program participants at community-based work sites and VPI locations. Responsibilities include providing job support, helping individuals reach goals and achieve independence, developing relationships with employers and service providers, and transporting clients to and from worksites. The position is 20–30 hours per week and requires a high school diploma or equivalent; related experience is preferred but VPI is willing to train.
