The Job Coach supports people with disability, injury, health conditions, or additional support needs to build confidence, develop job-readiness skills, and achieve sustainable employment. The role involves coaching clients, connecting them with employers and job opportunities, coordinating with internal and external partners, providing support when clients are at risk of losing work, and maintaining accurate compliance records. No prior employment-services experience is required because full training is provided, but candidates should have customer-service or client-facing experience, strong communication skills, organization, and a current driver’s licence.
